7.1 Temporary Deactivation & Recovery Period
When an account deletion request is submitted:
- The account is immediately deactivated and marked as deleted
- A 30-day recovery period applies
- During this time, data remains securely stored
If the user logs in again within 30 days:
- The deletion request is automatically cancelled
- The account and all data are fully restored
7.2 Permanent Deletion After 30 Days
- The account and associated data are permanently removed from active systems
- Data may be archived in a secure internal system for legal, audit, or compliance purposes
- Archived data is not actively processed
After this stage, the account cannot be restored.
