These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MySpend mobile application, website, dashboard, and related services (“Service”).
By accessing or using MySpend, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- “MySpend”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to MySpend.
- “User”, “you” refers to any individual using the Service.
- “Account” means a registered MySpend user account.
- “Subscription” means a paid or trial plan providing access to features.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use MySpend.
By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration
To use MySpend, you must create an account using:
- Email and password, or
- Google OAuth
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
4. Use of the Service
MySpend provides tools for:
- Income and expense tracking
- Loan and subscription management
- Product tracking
- Alerts and reminders
- Financial summaries and insights
You acknowledge that:
- All financial data is user-entered
- MySpend does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice
5. Subscription Plans & Access
MySpend offers free trial, and paid subscription plans.
5.1 Subscription Features
Subscription plans may include:
- Feature limits (e.g. alerts, access levels)
- Time-based access (monthly, yearly)
Access to features depends on:
- Active subscription status
- Subscription expiry date
- Plan limitations
5.2 Auto-Renewal
If auto-renewal is enabled:
- Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of the billing period and
- Renewal occurs using the selected payment method
You may disable auto-renewal before the renewal date
For users who purchased the subscription via CryptoCloud, auto-renewal will require the renewal invoice to be paid again to complete the renewal.
5.3 Downgrade, Cancellation & Expiry
- Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals
- Access continues until the current subscription period ends
- After expiry, the account may be downgraded to a limited or read-only plan
6. Payments
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers
- MySpend does not store card numbers, CVV codes, or bank credentials
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees
7. Alerts & Notifications
You may receive notifications via:
- SMS
- Call
Alert delivery depends on:
- Subscription limits
- User preferences
- System availability
MySpend does not guarantee delivery of alerts at a specific time.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use MySpend for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to access another user’s account
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reverse-engineer or misuse the platform
9. Account Deletion & Termination
9.1 User-Initiated Deletion
You may request account deletion at:
https://dashboard.myspend.io/delete-account
- Accounts are immediately deactivated
- A 30-day recovery period applies
- Logging in during this period restores the account
- After 30 days, the account and associated data are permanently removed.
9.2 Termination by MySpend
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Use the Service unlawfully
10. Data & Privacy
Your use of MySpend is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Features may change, improve, or be discontinued.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- MySpend is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for financial decisions made using the Service
- Use of the Service is at your own risk
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MySpend.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be effective once posted with an updated date.
