Refund Policy – MySpend

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions and purchases made on MySpend.

By making a purchase or renewing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund request is eligible only if:

  • The request is made within 3 (three) days of:
  • A new subscription purchase, or
  • A subscription renewal
  • The request is submitted via email as described below
  • The subscription has not been misused or abused

Refund requests made after 3 days from the purchase or renewal date will not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Refund

All refunds are processed manually.

To request a refund, you must send an email to:

Your email must include:

  • Registered email address
  • Subject must be: refund request for myspend subscription
  • Transaction ID (if available)
  • Subscription plan name
  • Purchase or renewal date
  • Reason for the refund request

Incomplete requests may be delayed or rejected.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 (seven) working days
  • The refunded amount will be sent back using the original payment method, where applicable
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment source
  • MySpend does not issue refunds in cash or alternative methods
  • Any transaction or processing fees charged by third parties may not be refundable

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The refund request is made after 3 days
  • The subscription period has substantially elapsed
  • The account has been suspended for policy violations
  • The user has abused the refund system

6. Subscription Cancellation vs Refund

  • Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals
  • Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund
  • Refund requests must still follow this Refund Policy

7. Changes to This Policy

MySpend reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Updates will be posted with a revised date.
