This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions and purchases made on MySpend.
By making a purchase or renewing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility for Refund
A refund request is eligible only if:
- The request is made within 3 (three) days of:
- A new subscription purchase, or
- A subscription renewal
- The request is submitted via email as described below
- The subscription has not been misused or abused
Refund requests made after 3 days from the purchase or renewal date will not be accepted.
2. How to Request a Refund
All refunds are processed manually.
To request a refund, you must send an email to:

- Registered email address
- Subject must be: refund request for myspend subscription
- Transaction ID (if available)
- Subscription plan name
- Purchase or renewal date
- Reason for the refund request
Incomplete requests may be delayed or rejected.
3. Refund Processing Time
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 (seven) working days
- The refunded amount will be sent back using the original payment method, where applicable
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank
4. Refund Method
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment source
- MySpend does not issue refunds in cash or alternative methods
- Any transaction or processing fees charged by third parties may not be refundable
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The refund request is made after 3 days
- The subscription period has substantially elapsed
- The account has been suspended for policy violations
- The user has abused the refund system
6. Subscription Cancellation vs Refund
- Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund
- Refund requests must still follow this Refund Policy
7. Changes to This Policy
MySpend reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Updates will be posted with a revised date.
